This session is part of the Reimagining Governance initiative, which is working to bring about transformative change in the way that governance is fulfilled in nonprofit organizations. A description of the Reimagining Governance initiative was attached in the email invitation.
The intent of the Strategic Foresight session is to envision the nonprofit sector in the future so we can uncover the implications for the structure, processes and practices of governance in nonprofit organizations today. The results of the session, which will be captured in a report, will tell us about how it needs to transform and the barriers to and opportunities for change.
Prior to the session:
Help us identify the key trends, drivers, and signals that are shaping the future of the nonprofit sector. This will allow us to develop the future scenarios which will drive conversations on April 29th.
