We all have a role to play in the broader movement of decent work. Nonprofits can lead by example now, by creating or improving decent work in their own organizations and advocating for better conditions. The nonprofit sector can be a major catalyst for conversation and action on what decent work could mean for Canada, Ontario, our communities and the sector itself.

Over the last year, ONN and our project partners have been collecting promising practices, which were sourced from the current efforts of Ontario's nonprofits. Take a browse through the list, adopt and adapt, and please share your progress with us!
